Generator Hotel Washington Dc Reviews
The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to tourist areas and the metro. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel had a nice aesthetic, with a well-decorated lobby and coffee shop.
One of the negative aspects of my stay was the uncomfortable bed. The king bed was actually two twin beds pushed together, and they frequently separated during the night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
The hotel's location is convenient for travelers as it is close to good restaurants and public transportation. The staff is courteous and accommodating, and the rooms are clean. The hotel amenities are basic but functional.
The prices for parking and other services are considerably high and not worth the additional cost.
The location of this hotel was superb. It was conveniently close to the subway, making transportation around the city extremely easy. Additionally, there were plenty of great restaurants and bars within walking distance, perfect for grabbing a bite to eat or enjoying a night out. The hotel also had a great view and clean, nicely decorated rooms. The parking facilities were a bonus and added to the convenience of staying here. The staff was absolutely amazing, especially Louise, Maya, Ermas, and the gentleman with the long braid. They were all friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast provided was also great.
There was nothing I didn't like.
The bed in my room at Generator Hotel Washington Dc was incredibly comfortable and provided a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, with plenty of nearby amenities and public transportation options. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the dim lighting and stained bathroom, my overall experience was enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel for its comfy accommodations and convenient location.
Clean, quiet room with great view. Friendly staff.
Great location, surrounded by many restaurants and yet peaceful. Walking distance to tourist attractions. Friendly and helpful staff. Modern and trendy decor. Daily housekeeping services. Ideal for short stays.
My stay at Generator was excellent. The location was perfect, close to Metro and bus stations, and surrounded by great restaurants and cafés. The room was comfortable and clean, and the view from the 9th floor was stunning. Their lobby café was a great spot for breakfast. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Washington.
I recently stayed at Generator Hotel in Washington DC for a weekend getaway and had a fantastic experience. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort. The room was spacious, with individual storage boxes for guests. The hot water was consistently hot, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The location was excellent, close to various restaurants. We were even able to do an early check-in for a small charge. The lobby layout was impressive, with plenty of seating and lounging options. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.
100% recommend this hotel.
This hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood near Georgetown, with easy access to a metro that runs to the center, making it a great value for money option. The staff is attentive and the rooms have very large lockers, with comfortable beds and some even offer a view of the monument. Breakfast options can be included or not, depending on your preference.
Breakfast choices were limited, but overall this hotel met our expectations and offered a good experience.
The beds are very comfortable and almost made me oversleep. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated. They offer bike rentals and have a nice coffee and food area. The pool lounge area is large and enjoyable. The location is convenient with many nearby restaurants.
We loved staying at this place as it is located in a very nice neighborhood and nearby a metro that runs to the center. The service room service was great and housekeeping did an amazing job refreshing our room every day. Moreover, we enjoyed the welcome drink and happy hour, and the room amenities were excellent including the heating, air conditioning, sitting area, terrace, and in-room safe. The garden furniture provided us with a great place to relax outside and the free toiletries were a nice touch. Additionally, we loved the television, am/fm alarm clock, telephone, and flat-screen TV that were available in the room. The staff at the reception desk were very helpful and friendly in any shift.
The hotel is ideally located, just a short walk from the metro station and close to several restaurants in the area. The rooms are clean and spacious, with plenty of storage available for luggage. One of the best things about the hotel is the wonderful amenities, including a pool and gym.
There were a few minor issues during our stay. The towels provided were quite small and the room lacked good lighting. Additionally, we found the staff to be a bit intimidating and not very welcoming. It would have been nice to have our own reading light in the bunk. a decent experience, but with a few areas for improvement.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff made me feel very welcome and supported. The location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Additionally, it was conveniently located opposite the Washington Hilton where many conferences are held, making it a great choice for business travelers. The hotel was also close to sight-seeing spots, including museums and DuPont Circle, which was only a short walk away. I had a pleasant experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
Nothing bad to say.
The private room had cool decor and felt like a hotel room. The location was convenient, with restaurants nearby and easy access to downtown. The hotel had great facilities including a rooftop pool, lounge area, and coffee shop. The staff, especially John and the front desk lady, were friendly and provided exceptional customer service.
I had a really great stay at this hotel in a very nice neighborhood near Georgetown. The location was convenient as there was a nearby metro that runs to the center of the city. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond what I expected. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, with mattresses that were proper thick. a great value for money stay.
All was fine, no improvements needed.
