One of the negative aspects of my stay was the uncomfortable bed. the king bed was actually two twin beds pushed together, and they frequently separated during the night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel also had a great view and clean, nicely decorated rooms. The parking facilities were a bonus and added to the convenience of staying here. The staff was absolutely amazing, especially Louise, Maya, Ermas, and the gentleman with the long braid. They were all friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast provided was also great.

The customer service from Krys, yaya, John, and the parking attendants was outstanding. Krys provided me with great travel advice and was warm and extremely professional. The staff were courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. The room was comfortable with a very comfortable bed, air conditioning that could be set to my liking, and amenities such as an in-room safe and full-length mirror. The location was great, with the Dupont Circle Metro close by and a great neighborhood to explore. the staff, amenities, and location made my stay enjoyable.

This hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood near Georgetown, with easy access to a metro that runs to the center, making it a great value for money option. The staff is attentive and the rooms have very large lockers, with comfortable beds and some even offer a view of the monument. Breakfast options can be included or not, depending on your preference.

The beds are very comfortable and almost made me oversleep. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated. They offer bike rentals and have a nice coffee and food area. The pool lounge area is large and enjoyable. The location is convenient with many nearby restaurants.

We loved staying at this place as it is located in a very nice neighborhood and nearby a metro that runs to the center. The service room service was great and housekeeping did an amazing job refreshing our room every day. Moreover, we enjoyed the welcome drink and happy hour, and the room amenities were excellent including the heating, air conditioning, sitting area, terrace. The garden furniture provided us with a great place to relax outside and the free toiletries were a nice touch. Additionally, we loved the television, am/fm alarm clock, telephone, and flat-screen TV that were available in the room. The staff at the reception desk were very helpful and friendly in any shift.
