The hotel had free wifi, which was a plus. The location was also great, just a short walk from the old town. And I really enjoyed the fact that there was a lounge with a pool table, it was a fun addition to our stay.

And to make matters worse, the staff couldn't fix the issue with the payment machine for over 24 hours, which led to a lot of frustration and the need to provide sensitive credit card details on paper, which is not secure at all.

the property was undergoing renovations, but our room was mostly completed to a very high standard. the buffet breakfast was well-organized and offered a great variety of food. the hotel staff was very nice and helpful, and the location was convenient, with easy access to the city center. it was a great value for the price and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

the staff at Kyriad was incredibly friendly and spoke multiple languages. They were always available to answer any questions or fulfill any requests we had. the parking area had ample space, even for large SUVs. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious breakfast. the food was of high quality, fresh, and incredibly tasty. the coffee was especially aromatic and flavorful. Check-in and check-out processes were easy, and the room even had a kettle for making tea or coffee to go in a takeaway cup.

However, the best part was the amazing air conditioning that kept the room cool throughout the day and night, providing a restful sleep. The location of the hotel was convenient, within an easy walking distance to the center. Kyriad offered fantastic value for money.
