We had a fantastic stay at the Country Club in Cromer. The duplex apartment was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. We loved the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher and washing machine. The large bedroom with a balcony was a delight, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The location of the resort was perfect for exploring Cromer, with a scenic footpath that led us to town in just 15 minutes. The resort's swimming pool and spa complex looked inviting, even though we didn't have a chance to use them. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to cliff top walks and a working lighthouse. The room was clean and tidy, with a well-equipped kitchen. The staff were helpful and check-in and out were efficient.

There was quite a bit of noise from upstairs, which made it difficult to sleep.

The carpark was a bit tight and the spaces were awkward, which could be a problem if you have a big vehicle. there were lots of steep steps leading to the apartments, so it may not be ideal for those with mobility issues.

We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and dining area, allowing us to prepare our own meals. The staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

While our overall experience was fantastic, there were a couple of minor issues. Additionally, there were some guests in the apartment above us who were smoking and throwing their cigarette butts onto our patio.

My family and I had a fantastic short break at the 1-bedroom house in Cromer Country Club. The house was perfect for our family of three, with ample space and all the necessary amenities. We were pleasantly surprised to find two bathrooms with showers, making it easy for us to get ready in the mornings. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, allowing us to easily walk or cycle into Cromer and explore the beautiful North Norfolk area. The swimming pool was a great bonus and well-maintained, and the texting service made communication with the reception effortless. We were also impressed by the quick response and helpfulness of the staff when we accidentally left some items behind. it was a highly recommended experience.

Although there wasn't anything we didn't like about the apartment, the hot water pressure was a bit annoying as it took a long time for the bath to fill up and we couldn't use hot water in the kitchen during that time. Additionally, the car park could be a bit of a trek depending on the location of your apartment, which could be inconvenient for elderly or disabled guests.

The apartments were quite comfortable and kept clean. the resort location was perfect with loads of things to see and do nearby. We were surprised by the really friendly and helpful staff who were always willing to lend a hand.

The receptionist we had to deal with was incredibly unhelpful and seemed almost annoyed that we had come to the resort. It felt like she was doing us a favor by letting us stay there.

Peaceful and quiet location, no noise issues at night. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms in the two-bedroom apartment. Excellent kitchen facilities for cooking your own meals. Lovely walk along the coast to reach the town centre.
