the room was uncomfortably hot, and the temperature dial seemed to be a mere decoration. breakfast was a chaotic disaster, the fruit salad tasted strange, and a handwashing station near the breakfast area was apparently too much to ask. i almost considered a good review, but a welcome gift for enduring these inconveniences would’ve been nice.

Had an awesome time with my friends! The location is perfect for visiting Disneyland, and the free shuttle made it super easy. We enjoyed some quality time at the outdoor playground for kids and the games room. Breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The shuttle service is deplorable during peak hours, overcrowding makes it dangerous for families!!! Room cleanliness can be hit or miss, with several guests noting issues upon arrival!!! I'd suggest adding more effective climate control for comfort!!!
