The friendly and helpful staff provide excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast options are satisfying, and there is an onsite mini-market for snacks and supplies.

The facilities were undergoing renovations during my stay, which caused some noise and dirt.

The breakfast was filling and delicious and the dining area had a great vibe. the pool was my favorite spot, with comfortable seating and a refreshing ambiance. I loved the convenience of having a store onsite, and the location was ideal for easy access to bars, restaurants, and the beach. the staff was friendly and welcoming, especially Stephen and Luis.

Our room had a strong odor that persisted even after requesting a change, possibly due to cleaning products. There was also some noise at night from neighboring guests which impacted our sleep quality.

So close to the beach, it's just a 1-minute walk away, and the location in the center of this busy traffic area was perfect. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the pool which was amazing and very large. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in easy and ensuring I had everything I needed. Plus, the included breakfast was wonderful, offering a great start to my day.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us, with taxi arrangements and even arranging for a doctor to come to the hotel for testing. The owners are great managers, making the hotel a wonderful place to stay. The restaurant at the hotel, Palms, is the best in Coco. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and modest. The pool is large and the pool lounges are very comfortable.

The pool at Palms At Coco Beach was absolutely amazing, one of the best I've experienced during my trip. The location was very convenient, just a short walk to the beach and downtown area. The breakfast choices were delicious, especially the fresh fruit. The staff, while some were a bit distant, were efficient and friendly. The facility was clean and well-maintained. I also enjoyed the onsite mini-store and the free pool table near the bar and swimming pool. it was a wonderful stay.
