The bed was incredibly comfortable and the AC in the room worked well. The pool was perfect for relaxation and the hotel's central location was convenient. The staff was incredibly friendly and even gave us a free room upgrade. We received great tips from the staff for exploring Costa Rica.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a busy traffic area and I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were reasonable and there was great attention to detail throughout the hotel. The staff were excellent - very polite and efficient. The basic amenities were all well-maintained and the rooms with a balcony provided a nice view. The breakfast, which included delicious fruit, was a highlight of my stay.

All in all, everything was ok, just one small thing could be improved.

So close to the beach, it's just a 1-minute walk away, and the location in the center of this busy traffic area was perfect. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the pool which was amazing and very large. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in easy and ensuring I had everything I needed. Plus, the included breakfast was wonderful, offering a great start to my day.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us, with taxi arrangements and even arranging for a doctor to come to the hotel for testing. The owners are great managers, making the hotel a wonderful place to stay. The restaurant at the hotel, Palms, is the best in Coco. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and modest. The pool is large and the pool lounges are very comfortable.
