The room was clean and spacious with a kettle and coffee/tea bags. Good breakfast with regular replenishing. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Convenient location for tram into Tours. Swimming pool was a hit.

I recently stayed at a hotel just outside of Tours and had a fantastic experience. the hotel provided excellent value for money, with reasonable prices for the amenities and services offered. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice furniture and a decent power shower. The beds were also of great quality, providing a good night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit everyone's tastes.

We had a pleasant stay at a hotel located conveniently on the edge of Tours. The hotel was close to a tram stop, making it easy to explore the Loire region. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom. The staff provided good service and were attentive to our needs. Although we didn't opt for breakfast, there were other facilities available, such as a heated pool, which looked inviting. the hotel offered beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.

The hotel could benefit from some updates in terms of decor.

The hotel is conveniently located near several tourist attractions and public transportation. the rooms are spacious and clean, and the beds are comfortable. the complimentary breakfast is excellent and offers a variety of options.

The hotel lacks proper soundproofing, and the noise from outside can be a nuisance. the staff is not very helpful or friendly and lacks proper customer service skills.

We loved the spacious room, although it was in the attic and didn't have a view. The breakfast was excellent and had a wide variety of options. The hotel's outdoor area looked lovely, but we unfortunately arrived too late to enjoy it. It was also a bonus to have free onsite parking available. The location was perfect for exploring the town, with the electric tram located just 100 meters away and providing easy access to the center of Tours for a reasonable price.
