Our romantic escape was lovely. the staff was friendly and welcoming, offering complementary breakfast and champagne upon arrival. the location was perfect, with easy access to public transit and plenty of dining options. We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace, providing beautiful views of the city.

It can be challenging to communicate with the night shift front desk person who only speaks French, making it difficult for non-French speakers to get assistance during late hours.

We had a great stay at a conveniently located hotel in Paris. L'Ouest Hotel, across from the St Lazare metro, was steps away from the main boulevards in the Opera area. the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a bed that provided a good night's sleep. the AC worked perfectly, keeping us cool during our stay. the staff, especially Ms. Simone at the reception, were friendly, helpful, and provided us with useful directions and recommendations. With many restaurants and shops nearby, it was a very convenient and enjoyable experience. We highly recommend this hotel for its value and location.

We also appreciated the tea and coffee facilities in the room. the bed was comfortable, and even though there was no air conditioning, we were provided with fans. the breakfast provided was good, and we were able to access wifi in the downstairs restaurants.
