Absolutely loved the helpful staff, they were so accommodating and friendly! the rooms were spotless, cozy, and just what we needed. the bonus of Vietnamese food nearby was a huge plus, definitely a reason to keep coming back for those tasty meals 👌. Although, the thin walls were a bit of a downside as we could overhear neighboring conversations. a solid stay with top-notch service and comfort! .

I found complete rest and relaxation here, which was much needed after a busy day.

staying at mount richmond was a delightful surprise, proximity to the airport and value for money surpassed expectations. the quality of the hotel, especially the dinner at the restaurant, was outstanding. the staff were friendly and informative, even accommodating potential noise disruptions.

While this place comes highly recommended to all, we found that the housekeeping staff were a bit loud and disruptive during their daily rounds. This may inconvenience guests who are working or seeking peace and quiet in their rooms.
