The hotel exceeded our expectations with its fully equipped kitchen in the room, allowing us to have lovely breakfasts and snacks on the terrace. The staff were incredibly friendly, always with a smile and willing to help. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and the location was quiet with easy street parking. The pools and grounds were beautiful. There were plenty of shops within a short walk. The overall experience was amazing!

We had a great time at Tropical Park! The outdoor areas were well-maintained and the pools were clean and inviting. Plus, the staff at the restaurant/bar were friendly and attentive. The entertainer did a fantastic job keeping the kids entertained and the small play area and shallow pool were perfect for our young children. we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location in a nice touristy quiet neighborhood was perfect for us. It felt like we were in a place that had already "dead years ago", away from the noisy party area of Tenerife. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. We enjoyed the two pools and the beautiful grounds. The hotel also offered a great range of amenities, including car hire and bicycle hire, as well as a spa and wellness center. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this venue.

The apartments were lovely and modern, offering a fully equipped kitchen which was a great surprise. Friendly staff were always willing to help with everything we needed. the hotel had a peaceful location, but it was easy to take a cab or drive to reach more lively areas. the food was quite nice and the breakfast was fairly decent.

The hotel seemed to have a lot of elderly guests, so we felt a bit out of place as younger guests. the beach was not suitable for young children, as there was a shelf where the waves broke.

Newly refurbished, modern property. Lovely pools and pleasant vibe. Excellent and friendly staff. Well organized with good food and efficient table service. Enjoyed the mini disco in the evenings

The location of the hotel was ideal for me as a vegan, away from all the nightlife and close to restaurants and bars that offered vegetarian and vegan-friendly options. The room was spotless and contemporary, with a spacious bathroom. The service provided by the staff was friendly and polite. Additionally, the included breakfast had a lot of choice and changed daily, catering to different dietary preferences.

The only negative aspect I experienced was some construction noise from ongoing works in the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Callao Salvaje with great swimming pools that my children absolutely loved. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a nice balcony. We also enjoyed the restaurant by the pool, which had a good children's menu. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the beach. I highly recommend this hotel for families with children who enjoy swimming and good food.

There are good kitchen facilities, including an oven and fridge. The hotel offers washing facilities. The location is convenient with many restaurants and useful shops nearby. Good bus service is available. Tropical Park offers excellent value for money.

Felt safe, no reason to complain.

The rooms were excellent, with all the amenities I needed and kept very clean. The staff were very helpful, and the new swimming pools were very good. The location is almost ideal, with a bus stop nearby, as well as shops and restaurants within walking distance. The beach is also not far away, perfect for a relaxing day.

I found the entertainment options to be very limited, so I had to take a bus to another resort for better entertainment. However, I would still recommend this place to anyone.
