I had a fantastic experience at a small hotel in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes away from Monmarte. The staff, especially Corinne from reception, were beyond helpful and made me feel very welcome. The room exceeded my expectations with a small fridge and a lovely Parisian balcony where I could actually sit. The location was excellent, with a supermarket, bakery, and nice restaurants nearby. The metro stops were also convenient for exploring the city. I particularly enjoyed the nice interior decor in the lobby and the fact that the hotel provided free water, soda, and a professional coffee machine for guests.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Le Cardinal. the location was ideal, with plenty of bars and pubs nearby. It was easy to find and within walking distance of many popular sights in the city. the lady at reception was incredibly helpful and funny, giving us great suggestions for things to do in the area. She even followed up to see if we enjoyed her recommendations, which was a nice touch. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough. there was a nice breakfast place right across from the hotel.

The complementary chocolate and sparkling wine upon our arrival were a nice touch. the hotel was conveniently located near many popular attractions and our room had a great view of the city. the bed was comfortable and we were able to get a good night's sleep.

Our room was a bit small and outdated. the bathroom could use some renovations and the shower was not very powerful.

Best aspects of my stay were the great location near a variety of restaurants and within walking distance of several metro stations. It made exploring the city during the Christmas holidays a breeze. Additionally, the room, although small, was surprisingly comfortable.

The small size of the room, the limited space made it difficult to move around freely. Also, the cleanliness of the bathroom was questionable, and the towels provided were quite old.
