This hotel exceeded my expectations. the value for money was exceptional - I was pleasantly surprised considering the reasonable prices. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Additionally, the location next to the Rhone river was absolutely stunning, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with generous bathrooms that added to our comfort.

enjoyed our recent stopover in tournon-sur-rhone. Le Chateau exceeded expectations with its lovely river views and friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast selection was impressive, especially the homemade produce. Very pleased with our stay overall.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated on the hills with a beautiful view of the Rhône River. It was also conveniently close to the Valrhona Chocolate factory, which was a definite highlight for chocolate lovers like us. The service was impeccable, with the staff being friendly, efficient, and very helpful. The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were modern. The breakfast offered a fantastic selection of local foods and was delicious.

The main course evening meal could have been better.

Had a wonderful Xmas stay with breathtaking views of the river and vineyards. the location was perfect, close to the pedestrian bridge so we could walk to the Valrhona Chocolate factory and explore the old town. the homemade compote and fresh baked goods for breakfast were amazing and fueled us for cycling the nearby Via Rhona route.

The room was a bit chilly, with narrow beds and outdated bedding. the bath was not cleaned properly and the coffee was not up to par.

The receptionist/proprietor was super friendly and helpful. The view over the river was jaw-dropping. The breakfast served mind-blowing bread, ham, and cheese. The hotel had free wi-fi, a bar/lounge area, a restaurant, a lift, express check-in/-out, allowed pets. The setting, overlooking the Rhône River and vineyard covered hills, was absolutely breathtaking. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a pleasant smell and nice air conditioning. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the hotel had a lovely garden for evening drinks and dinner. It was a truly wonderful experience!
