I got great value for my money at Ashley Wahid Hasyim. The room was cozy and had a beautiful view of Jakarta. The location was perfect and the staff, especially Tuti and Ms. Yoseline, were friendly and helpful.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement.

Central location, easily accessible to transportation services. Comfortable rooms with clean facilities including gym. Spacious and luminous breakfast area with good variety. Friendly and attentive staff. Good value for money.

This hotel is in a great location, close to the big shopping malls in the busy area of central Jakarta. It's just a short walk to Sarinah department store, and Grand Indonesia shopping mall is also nearby. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a good AC system. The breakfast buffet offers a nice variety of delicious Indonesian dishes. The staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful.

The wifi connection was quite poor and unreliable.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location is great, with Gambir train station, three amazing restaurants with buffet breakfasts, and many attractions within easy reach from here. The service is top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The rooms are well-appointed with everything you need, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar, and the free toiletries are a nice touch. The facilities here are also excellent, with Wi-Fi, 24-hour security, and a fitness centre. All in all, a wonderful experience!

Loved the Christmas experience at this hotel! the festive vibe was magical. They had complimentary hot cocoa and cookies every evening in the lobby which was perfect for the chilly weather. the hotel’s location was unbeatable with various cafes and restaurants nearby to try out. the room was spacious with a great view of the city skyline. the bathroom had excellent amenities, especially the bathrobe was so cozy!

The gym was a bit disappointing as there was no natural light and only had basic equipment. the breakfast buffet lacked a variety of non-Asian options, which could be improved.

The hotel is situated in a prime location which is very close to three well-known and respectable restaurants that serve a wide variety of dishes in their buffet breakfasts. Additionally, it is located very near to the shopping area and the city center which makes it very convenient for travelers. There is also an Arabic restaurant very close to the hotel that serves some of the tastiest Arabian dishes. The rooms are well-lit and offer good decor that makes one feel at home. The bed is comfortable and the staff is very friendly and always ready to assist.

The bathroom is not up to the mark and is not very spacious which can be a problem for people with physical disabilities.
