The location was perfect - nestled in a quiet area but just a few steps away from all the main shopping streets and the big shopping mall on Florida Ave. We were able to walk to most of the landmarks in downtown with ease. The service at this hotel was top-notch, from the friendly and attentive staff to the excellent room service and dry cleaning options. We also appreciated the various amenities offered, such as bicycle hire, housekeeping, and medical facilities services. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, with amenities like an ironing board, mini-bar, and in-room safe. The hotel also offered complimentary Wi-Fi, which was a nice bonus. we highly recommend this hotel for its location, service, and quality amenities.

Cleanliness: The room was small but lovely decorated and overall very clean. Location: This hotel is conveniently located close to the town centre and main attractions in Microcentro. We were able to easily explore Casa Rosa square and the Palmero Hollywood area from here. Staff: The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, particularly Manuel who spoke excellent English and went out of his way to assist us.

Great location, just a few minutes away from Avenue 9 de Julio and Florida Street. The staff was accommodating and breakfast was included. The room had a nice-sized bathroom and the air conditioning worked fine once I figured it out.

The credit-card keys would often stop working and I had to go down to the front desk to get new ones, which was frustrating. The carpet in the room could have used an upgrade as well.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city during Christmas, and I must say that I was impressed by the complimentary breakfast and the accommodating staff. The location was perfect, with various cafes and restaurants within walking distance. the spacious bathroom was a delightful surprise.

The room was quite dated and in dire need of renovation. The noise level was also quite high due to constant door opening and closing in the corridor.
