Clean and well-maintained rooms with friendly staff (really made us feel at home). The location was unbeatable with easy access to the metro right across the street. perfect for exploring Paris. Breakfast was a delightful start to our days!

Everything was up to par.

The location is prime for accessing Gare Saint-Lazare, making it super easy to hop on an early train. I liked the unique balconies that offered some decent city views, too.

However, the noise from the nearby metro was a constant annoyance, disrupting sleep. I found the decor a bit outdated, which took away from the charm, and there were several cleanliness issues in the room and bathrooms that could use more attention. The bed was on the firmer side, not comfortable for everyone, and the shower situation was less than ideal with a half screen that led to flooding. Wi-Fi connection was poor and inconsistent, which didn’t help while trying to plan my next move.

We had an amazing stay at Le Grand Hotel De Normandie! The location was unbeatable, just steps from Gare Saint-Lazare which made getting around Paris super easy. Our Superior Double Room with balcony was delightful—plenty of sunlight and a great view to enjoy morning coffee. The room felt cozy, and we were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable bed that made for restful nights. Plus, the staff took great care of us, assisting with our luggage and providing helpful tips for exploring the city. We were also impressed with the nearby options for quick bites. McDonald's and Starbucks were just a stroll away! Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

We loved exploring the nearby shops like Monoprix and Galeries Lafayette, perfect for quick snacks and gifts! During our stay, we easily caught a train from St Lazare Station, making it a breeze to see Paris’s major sights. Plus, the staff was super friendly.

My kids wished for a bigger breakfast area.

This place suits me perfectly with excellent amenities like wi-fi, luggage storage, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me with my luggage, which I remember fondly. I recommend using the express check-in for a smooth arrival.
