For a short stay in this city, the hotel's location was perfect. It was within easy walking distance to all of the sights in the ancient town center. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, courteous, and always willing to help. They provided great suggestions, a helpful map, and even helped us print out tickets. The breakfast served was delicious, and the outdoor dining area was pleasant. Additionally, the hotel had a spacious and comfortable swimming pool area, which was a great place to relax.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of charming St Rémy, making it easy to explore the ancient town center. The rooms are cozy and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing great service. Guests also have access to fantastic facilities, including a swimming pool area, where they can relax and enjoy the spacious surroundings.

One negative aspect is the lack of attention to detail in the restaurant, where the service could be improved.

We had an absolutely luxurious stay at this hotel, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all of our needs. the service was impeccable, and the Spa & wellness centre offered a range of treatments that left us feeling truly rejuvenated. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were particular highlights; we spent long afternoons lounging by the heated swimming pool, enjoying the sun loungers and beach umbrellas in the beautiful garden area. We couldn't fault this hotel's entertainment offerings either, with a fantastic bar and snack bar serving dinner and packed lunches, and even special diet menus available.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the in-room breakfast service, which was delivered slightly later than expected. this was more than made up for by the exceptional quality of the food when it arrived.

We had a nice Easter stay at a hotel in Provence. We loved the comfortable bed and the friendly staff who made us feel welcome. the hotel's location was also perfect for exploring the nearby town, and we enjoyed the delicious food at the hotel's restaurant.

There were some disappointing aspects as well. We found the room cleaning team to be somewhat lacking, as they didn't tidy away food or dirty plates.
