Comfortable bed, firm enough for those with back issues. Pleasant staff. Entertaining district with potential noise at lower floors, but still able to sleep. Free laundry service, just need to purchase washing powder.

my recent stay in nagoya was amazing thanks to mystays! the hotel was new, clean, and had a great location. the room was spacious with comfortable beds, and it was close to attractions and the subway. the staff were polite and spoke english. a definite value for money!

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel location was perfect for our New Year celebration. It was near several bars and restaurants, making it convenient to walk around the city center area. Plus, the complementary foam earplugs were a lifesaver, blocking out any noise from the bars around. we appreciated the free laundry facilities on various floors.

Although the location was perfect, the downside was the noise level outside during the weekend nights. It can be a bit disturbing, especially if you are staying on the lower floors.

We had a great stay at Mystays Nagoya Nishiki. The location was perfect, with a convenience store right outside and the 24-hour shopping center Donki within walking distance. The bed in our room was firm and comfortable, which was important for us as we have back issues. Additionally, the room was spacious and had three big single beds, making it perfect for our group of three. The hotel also offered free laundry service, which was a nice bonus. we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.
