Spacious room, great location near ski lifts and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Valentina and team. Proactive room upgrade for honeymooners. Shuttle service always available and accommodating. Excellent stay overall. 😊

From the spacious room, to the location, facilities, and super friendly staff. The front desk team, especially Valentina, provided excellent service and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. They even upgraded our room when they learned it was our honeymoon, without us having to ask. The shuttle bus crew were always helpful and the location was perfect, close to the ski lifts and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.

the exclusive amenities such as the indoor swimming pool, Sauna, and Spa & wellness centre provided the ultimate relaxation. the staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs, always available to help. the restaurant served us exceptional food and the Bar/Lounge area was a great place to unwind. the location was perfect, close to ski lifts, restaurants and cafes. our room was equipped with private facilities and had a beautiful view of the mountains.

There was only one minor issue, the bill at check-out had a few extra charges that we did not take or do. the staff was quick to double-check the bill with us and remove any extra items.

The room was spacious and comfortable. the hotel was conveniently located near the ski lifts and restaurants. the staff was friendly and provided helpful information on activities in the area.

The staff was not accommodating when I requested a later check-out time. the hotel charged additional fees for services I did not use without notifying me beforehand.
