This hotel is a hidden gem, located just at the edge of the village of St-Emilion. The location is perfect, nestled in the vineyards and fairly close to the medieval city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with excellent facilities. I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of my room, which had an enormous newly renovated bathroom. The attention to detail was evident, with some lovely features throughout the hotel. The staff offered great service and were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast, with its homemade cake, was a delightful start to the day.

Conveniently located near the historical town and train station. Kind hosts provided maps and helpful information. Room was clean and tidy, with a nice terrace. Breakfast in the courtyard was excellent. Suitable for exploring on foot.

We had a great stay at a charming B&B. The location was perfect, close to everything but very quiet. The room was nicely decorated and had a huge bathroom. The service was wonderful, with the staff being helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including meats, cheese, croissants, and fruit. The property had a lovely garden with tables and chairs to enjoy the outdoors. It was a simple and relaxing place, perfect for a peaceful getaway.

We particularly loved the newly renovated bathrooms, with their large bathtubs and rain showers. the location of the hotel was excellent, situated in the southern part of the old town and conveniently close to a wonderful bakery across the street.

The excessive use of fragrance in the rooms. We found two strong air fresheners in our room and had to remove them as the scent was overwhelming.

Delightful breakfasts, great location, welcoming staff, friendly atmosphere, nearby shops, beautiful place with wineries in walking distance.

I had a delightful stay at a charming hotel with a French country atmosphere. The location was perfect, right at the bottom of town. The staff were extremely helpful, going above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. The room I stayed in was clean and nicely decorated, with a bottle of red wine and white wine waiting for me. Breakfast was served in the kitchen, allowing me to interact with other guests and the host. My host, Natasha, was fantastic, offering assistance with restaurant reservations and providing useful information about the town. Despite the rainy weather, my stay was still enjoyable thanks to the warm hospitality at Les Chambres D'Ovaline.

Spent Christmas in a lovely country hotel, enjoying two complementary facts offered that added to our holiday experience. the hotel location was great, just a short walk away from the city center, which allowed us to explore Saint-Emilion with ease.

We did not have the best experience due to some noise issues. Our room was located next to a communal area where guests gathered and talked loudly, making it difficult for us to sleep peacefully.

Finding the hotel was a bit challenging at first. 🧭 once I arrived, everything was fantastic.

the location was perfect, situated right next to a car park so we didn't have to carry our suitcases over cobblestones. the room was cozy and comfortable, and the bathroom exceeded our expectations. the hostess was friendly and her English was excellent. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with freshly picked grapes from the vineyard. Highly recommended for a short stay or for couples looking for a peaceful getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at Les Chambres D'Ovaline. the location was perfect, right next to the parking on the edge of the village. the rooms were spacious, cool, and beautifully decorated. Natacha and Carol made us feel at home and the breakfast served in the Courtyard was excellent. Natacha went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even making reservations for us and providing helpful information about the town.

Central location with great room, comfortable bed. Tea and coffee facilities, BBC news on TV, lovely bathroom with large bath. Helpful staff with excellent restaurant recommendations. Convenient and safe parking. Wish we could have stayed longer. 😊
