There was nothing I didn't like.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Casa Chacala. The room was spotless and the floor tile was beautiful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, providing a restful sleep. The balcony offered a stunning view, which I enjoyed every morning. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and cannot wait to return!

Our room at Casa Chacala was lovely and comfortable, with a balcony and ocean view. The AC and fan were perfect for our March visit. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had plenty of hot water. The secure parking and reliable wifi were great. The staff were very nice and helpful. The pool, although small, was just right for our friends who don't know how to swim. We also appreciated the availability of drinking water and the community kitchen. Valentin was welcoming upon check-in, and we enjoyed the company of the friendly kitty. The grounds were beautiful with lovely flowers, and waking up to the sounds of Chacalacas in the trees was a bonus. The table and chairs on the balcony were perfect for morning coffee and reading.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. It was located close to a beautiful beach and had a great view of the ocean. The room and bathroom were large and very clean. The hosts were very accommodating and kind, providing us with everything we needed. The hotel also had free internet and secure parking. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

That the restaurants in the area were a bit overpriced.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Chacala. the room was exceptionally comfortable with a lovely balcony overlooking the ocean. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the peaceful mornings. We appreciated the option of both air conditioning and a fan, although we didn't need the A/C during our March visit. the bed was cozy, and the spacious shower had plenty of hot water. Secure parking and reliable Wi-Fi were definite pluses. the staff were immensely kind and accommodating, making our experience even more delightful.

The bathroom needs some work, the shower could use a good scrubbing, and the smell was unpleasant. the sheets and towels were not changed in my two-night stay, which made it uncomfortable.
