The location of the hotel is perfect, just one block away from the old town of Sarlat. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The cleanliness is outstanding and there is room service every day, including laundry service. The breakfast spread is excellent, with fresh fruits, juices, yogurts, breads. The owners, Chris and Amanda, are incredibly helpful and provide great suggestions for sightseeing in the Dordogne region. The hospitality of the owners is exceptional, making guests feel at home.

We couldn't have asked for a better value for our money at Les Cordeliers. The room was spacious and the bathroom was large and clean. The location was ideal, just steps away from Sarlat's medieval center. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive to our needs.

The food for breakfast could have been better with more variety and options available.

The hotel was beautifully restored and full of character. We loved the antique furniture in our spacious room. the breakfast was scrumptious and we particularly enjoyed the made-to-order eggs. the host was very knowledgeable and gave us wonderful recommendations of villages to visit nearby.

There were very few electrical outlets in the room and none in the bathroom, which was inconvenient. it would have been more convenient if there was a ground floor room option available.
