The hotel is conveniently located just in front of a great restaurant, close to the city center and slopes for easy ski in-ski out access. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with stunning views from the balconies. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing attentive service throughout the stay. The breakfast offers a varied selection and there are excellent facilities such as a ski room and a pool/spa area.

Parking can be limited and traffic wardens need to be watched out for.

The location is perfect, with stunning views from the panoramic rooms. The new rooms in the hotel are amazing and show attention to detail. The polar themes in the reception, bar, and restaurant create a unique atmosphere. The staff are friendly and made us feel welcome. The restaurant offers great dining options.

This hotel is a luxurious and exclusive venue that satisfied all our needs. the service is impeccable, and the Spa centre is truly remarkable. the swimming pool is heated and has sun loungers, and the sauna and steam room are an added bonus. the food at the restaurant is exceptional, and the packed lunches are brilliant for a day out. the location provides easy access to the ski slopes, and the view from the room is breathtaking. the room advantages are extensive with all essential facilities present.

We had a minor issue with the coffee machine, and the room had a slight smell which was not very pleasant. the staff was prompt in helping us, and it was sorted within moments.

The location to the lifts was fantastic, allowing me to quickly hit the slopes. The hotel facilities, including the sauna and pool, added a nice touch to my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff I met were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a great selection and provided a relaxed start to my day. Additionally, the hotel's location in the mountain village allowed for easy access to various outdoor activities such as water rafting in Venosc, canyoning in OzenOisen, and mountain biking in the Alps.
