With slides, games, and movies, the kids were thrilled! the spacious family apartment was a lifesaver, with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities making our stay comfortable.

My wife says that additional family-friendly activities would enhance the experience.

Staff were polite and helpful. During our stay, I felt like a VIP being catered to by a team of concierge magicians. They could make any request disappear and reappear as if by magic.

Chilled at the cool pool with slides and sand, then hit the Tram to Hotel Triplets Entertainment and Family. So much fun! Staff were awesome, and views were lit!

Could use a livelier vibe for party-seekers, like more nighttime events or a hip bar.

We stayed at Mantra for a short family holiday. the pool and BBQ area were fantastic additions to our stay. Our room was well-equipped and conveniently located near attractions and transport. the renovated room, stunning views, and variety of pools and facilities impressed us. the welcoming check-in and helpful staff added to our enjoyable experience.

I always return for my business trips. the friendly staff helped me with currency exchange tips during my first stay. With free parking, fitness center, pools, jacuzzi, massage. I have no regrets staying here.

The database had a great selection of amenities, and the rooms provided were very spacious and comfortable. Each room had its own bathroom, which was a nice touch for added privacy. the overall condition of the place was good and made me feel right at home during my stay.

The only minor drawback was that the database did not offer 24/7 customer service, which would have been helpful for any immediate assistance needed during my stay.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with easy access to the tram stop and close proximity to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The convenience of having the tram line nearby makes it convenient for shopping at Pacific Fair. The rooms are spacious with a full-size kitchen and lounge area, and the indoor heated pool is great for a winter stay.

Some of the facilities in the hotel, such as the outdated decor and limited amenities in the rooms, could use a renovation to improve the overall experience.

The pool area at Mantra was absolutely splendid. It was so spacious and well-maintained that my grandkids couldn't get enough of it. The little food shop on-site was also ideal and offered us cheap and tasty meals when we were in a hurry. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the tram and a short walk to the bustling Cavill Ave. The views from our apartment were simply amazing, overlooking the beach and canal. The apartment itself had a wonderful layout, clean and spacious, making it the perfect place for my family to stay.

The view from our balcony was breathtaking and we couldn't get enough of it. We also appreciated the two complimentary vouchers for breakfast at the nearby café. the location was perfect for exploring the city and we loved the abundance of activities available.

The bathroom had some maintenance issues and the bed was too soft for our liking. We also didn't feel safe leaving our small child on the balcony by themselves as the railing was not secure enough.

We loved this place! It is located in a great area, quiet and close to everything we wanted to visit. The service laundry was a lifesaver, and the room amenities including ironing facilities and air conditioning made our stay even more comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony and sitting area, and it was great to have an in-room safe. The kitchenette was also a nice touch, with cookware and utensils provided. The TV and CD player made for a nice way to relax in the evenings.

We would definitely recommend this place to others.

I loved how quiet it was inside, as I couldn't hear any noise from outside. the pool kiosk was a great addition, and we enjoyed having a delicious breakfast by the pool every morning. the pool facilities were amazing for children, and the Thai restaurant onsite was fantastic. the location was perfect and it's a great place for families and people of all ages.
