The location of the apartment was excellent, close to Massena, the beach, and a variety of restaurants and shops. It was also conveniently located near the airport, making it easy to travel in and out of Nice. the apartment itself was cozy and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. the host was helpful and friendly, providing us with a warm welcome and ensuring that the apartment was spotlessly clean. We appreciated the thoughtful touches such as a washing machine and supplies like washing powder and coffee pods.

Honestly, we couldn't think of anything negative about our stay. Every aspect of our experience was exceptional, from the location to the cleanliness and the helpfulness of the host.

Our family of four stayed at this perfectly located apartment for a few days. It was clean, modern, and cleverly designed, providing ample space. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a Nespresso machine. The friendly host, Giuseppe, made our stay even better. The apartment is in the heart of the shopping district, just a short walk from the beach and the Old Town. Despite the central location, it was remarkably quiet. We highly recommend this apartment and would stay here again.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of wine, orange juice, and water waiting for me in the fridge. The apartment had everything I needed, from towels and toiletries to a dishwasher and washing machine. It was beautifully designed and impeccably clean. The location was excellent, with shops, restaurants, and the sea just a few minutes' walk away. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Nice.

Although the bathroom was a little small and the toilet placement was not ideal, these minor inconveniences did not detract from the overall positive experience.

The bathroom was quite small, with a poorly placed toilet. It was difficult to navigate in such tight quarters, and both my friend and I ended up hitting our heads on the cabinets above the sink.
