During our Christmas stay, we had a great experience with local staff that were always helpful and professional. We enjoyed the stunning view of the mountains from the pool area and the top-quality gym with air conditioning. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and offers a free shuttle bus service. We also appreciated the delicious food offered at the hotel's restaurant.

Although we had a pleasant stay overall, one thing that could be improved is the wine selection. We found it to be quite limited, especially considering the excellent quality of the food.

There were a couple of translation issues during our stay, but they were eventually resolved. The wine selection could be improved, especially considering the superb food offered at the resort.
