A charming find, beautifully decorated and located centrally with easy access to popular attractions and excellent dining options. The staff's attentiveness really stood out. they were always ready to assist with local tips or any requests. Breakfast featured fresh fruits, which added a refreshing touch to the mornings. However, some amenities like towel refills were erratic, and the room could have benefited from better upkeep, particularly in the bathroom. Overall, a delightful experience that could use a bit more consistency in service.

Braw wee spot! The decor's a pure delight, all red velvet and dark wood, making it feel like you're in a classic film. Staff were cracking, especially the young lad at the front desk. Just wish the shower was a bit higher, had to stoop down! Still, braw stay overall!

The location is fantastic, just minutes from the metro and major shopping areas. The only downside was the inconsistent towel refills during our stay. Overall, it was a lovely experience!

i dont mind paying 400e a night, but the carpets were threadbare and there was dust everywhere, also the bed was bowed in the middle? ! to add insult, i expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, yet was given a room darker than a dungeon. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t, really!
