Stunning interior, excellent location in the heart of shopping area. Spacious, clean executive suite. Friendly, welcoming staff. Home away from home feeling. Will definitely return.

The attention to detail in the design of the rooms was impressive. The anthracite-colored walls, period mirrors, and stacks of glamorous artwork created a luxurious and elegant atmosphere. The marble bathroom was beautifully appointed. It felt like a bespoke and intimate experience.

Although there were some staffing shortages during our stay, the hotel management eventually took action and provided the necessary support to the dedicated staff members who were working hard to fill the gaps. This showed that they cared about their guests' experience and were responsive to feedback.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious hotel in the heart of the city. The location was fantastic, as it was close to many landmarks and within walking distance of the local supermarket. The room was beautifully designed with anthracite-colored walls and period mirrors. The bathroom was equally impressive with its marble fixtures. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast, although in need of improvement, was still satisfactory. the hotel provided a truly enjoyable experience with its elegant design and convenient location.

One aspect of the hotel was not up to par. The entrance area often had an unpleasant smell that could be off-putting.

Spent Xmas at this hotel! Loved the stunning interior and the high level of service. the hotel is perfectly located, close to cafes and shops. the friendly staff made us feel at home. Will definitely come back!

The lack of porter service was inconvenient, especially when we had a lot of bags. the room we received wasn't what we requested, and the hotel didn't offer room service.

The room was spacious and nicely decorated. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious. the breakfast offered a variety of options and the staff was friendly.

The location was not ideal for a romantic escape. the area lacked charm and atmosphere, making it feel sterile and boring.

The hotel offers luxurious amenities, including an excellent Spa & wellness centre, beauty treatments, and massages. the treatment rooms are well, appointed and the service is outstanding. In, room breakfast is also a plus, as it creates a more intimate and exclusive experience. the bar/lounge area is well, designed, and a relaxing snack bar is included as well. the private facilities are top, notch, and provide an extra luxurious touch. the location is prime and advantageous.

The only minor downside of this hotel is that it lacks a full, service restaurant. this is made up for by the high, quality in, room dining options and the many nearby dining establishments.
