We explored the dazzling Arc de Triomphe and took a stroll down the Champs-Élysées. The morning breakfast was fantastic, and the coffee was better than usual for this type of hotel. Just a heads up, check-in can be a bit slow, so plan your arrival accordingly.

We faced a frustrating experience waiting for our rooms. Despite requesting early check-in, three out of four couples had to wait longer than expected before getting settled in, which caused a bit of stress before our dinner reservation.

Long check-in times leave guests frustrated!!! Noise from nearby nightclubs disrupts restful evenings!!! Poor room maintenance with chipped paint and dated decor needs addressing!!! Only one elevator for guests creates delays!!!

Well, the location’s proper mint, right near all the sights! Staff were friendly, especially the barman, but the eggs at breakfast took forever, mate. Could do with a revamp in the room too. Still, can’t beat that view!

We were thrilled to be surprised with an upgrade to a junior suite, complete with champagne and pastries to celebrate our engagement—such a lovely touch! The sauna and garden area were perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The check-in process took a bit longer than expected, but it was worth every moment. 😊

Our stay was wonderful, enjoying evenings in the atrium during Happy Hour after a day of exploration. The staff was accommodating and remembered our prior requests. Don’t miss the breakfast buffet for its fresh fruit selection! Tip, Plan ahead for check-in, as it can be busy.

Great location, right in the shopping area, making it super easy to explore. The room was spacious and clean, with friendly staff who provided excellent service (especially enjoyed the helpful concierge! ).

However, the noise from nearby events was disruptive during the stay, and the cleanliness of the carpet was lacking. The wifi struggled to maintain a stable connection, and the breakfast options were quite limited compared to what I expected. Despite these drawbacks, the globally inspired dishes served at dinner were noteworthy and added a unique touch to the stay.

This place suits me perfectly! With amenities like 24-hour reception, a bar/lounge area, and a fitness center, I feel right at home. Staff even helped me with a local taxi on my first stay. I’m definitely coming back for a city break!
