Staff was accommodating. Rooftop bar view of Eiffel Tower, arc de triomphe, and sacre court. Next to railway station and Westfield. Pleasant staff, Everton fan barista. Eiffel Tower view room for four, spacious. VIP lounge access, drinks, snacks, breakfast. Friendly staff. Good location, tube station in front, close to main tourist spots.

For the price we paid, we got excellent value and a cozy room with a lovely view of the fountain. The location couldn't be more convenient, right next to the metro station. The staff, especially Mrs. Ghaizlan and Mr. Yasin, were incredibly helpful and made our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, especially in terms of variety.

As longer term business travelers, we were impressed with the modern, clean, and spacious rooms at Hotel Melia. The breakfast buffet offered a delicious and wide variety of options. The hotel's proximity to a convenient metro/subway station made it easy to access popular tourist attractions such as Avenue des Champs-Elysées, Arc de Triomphe, and the Musée du Louvre. The Eiffel Tower view from our four-person room was breathtaking. Additionally, the VIP lounge access was a pleasant surprise, offering complimentary drinks, snacks, and breakfast. The staff, especially Monica, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. our stay was very enjoyable and we would highly recommend Hotel Melia.

The hotel is located right next to a metro station, making it easy to reach central Paris and CDG airport. It is also close to the 4 Temps mall, perfect for shopping. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, with amazing views of the Eiffel Tower at night. Service is exceptional, with friendly staff who genuinely care about their guests. Breakfast is plentiful and varied, with fresh breads and delicious cheese.

Some guests have reported issues with the check-in process, with long waiting times and unprofessional behavior from staff.

Conveniently located near a metro station, this family-friendly accommodation offers direct access to popular attractions, including the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower, with only one change. The area around the hotel is clean, safe and surrounded by coffee shops, a mall and festival activities. The swimming pool is perfect for children and the nearby shopping mall is within walking distance. a great stay with excellent service from the receptionist.

The complementary business center was extremely useful and allowed me to prepare for my presentation. the tapas offered had a nice blend of different flavors and the gazpacho was definitely authentic. Being only a short walk away from the metro made getting around very easy.

The room was not well ventilated, dusty and had a bad smell. the inability to adjust the heating made the air too dry and uncomfortable.

I had a lovely stay here. The location was perfect, right by the Metro and 5 minutes walk from Esplanade de La Défense. The service was great - room service was available 24-hours and the bell staff/porter were helpful with my luggage. The room itself was well-appointed with ironing facilities and a mini-bar. I also enjoyed the terrace outside my room.

Staff need to be better trained for customer service, but recommending this venue to others is a no-brainer!

The staff were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to provide great service. One staff member even spoke to us in our native language, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's location in the corporate district offered a secure feeling, with easy access to public transportation.

Some bathroom layouts and clear glass doors were a bit inconvenient and potentially dangerous at night. Front desk could be understaffed causing delays.
