Staff were accommodating. Bar/recreation level good. Ski storage facilities good. Effort made for New Year's Eve. Manager and team went extra mile. Good size rooms. Lovely bar. Nice spa and pool. Perfect ski room with boot driers. Great breakfast. Not quite ski in ski out but well placed for resort. Nice view to valley. Great food quality. Kind and helpful staff. Decent and pleasant spa area. Nice and comfortable common areas. Excellent service. Friendly and helpful restaurant and bar staff. Marvellous front desk. Promptly sorted out queries. Fun and friendly staff at on-site skishop. Truly enjoyed ourselves.

We recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel, previously known as Mercure. The food was incredibly delicious, with a wide variety of options including for vegetarians. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience, always helpful and friendly. The manager even stayed up until 1AM to assist us upon our late-night arrival. The location was perfect for outdoor activities and hikes, and our room had a beautiful view of the mountains. The amenities, including the spa and outdoor jacuzzi, were enjoyable and added to our overall relaxation. We were thoroughly impressed and grateful.

We got amazing value for our money at Altezza - Arc 1800 Hotel & Spa! The room was fantastic, clean, new, big, and super comfy. The location was perfect for outdoor activities, and the staff treated us like royalty.

Breakfast delights, but it was a bit expensive.
