the air conditioner was very loud, making it hard to relax. the lady who checked us in was not friendly at all.

Super clean and comfy place! Had a noise issue with the kitchen, but they switched my room right away—big thumbs up for customer service. The staff was super friendly, especially the Nepali barman. The location is fab, just a short walk to tourist spots. Just a bummer there was no fridge in the room.

For the price we paid, we got great value for our money. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the center and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the maintenance guy who went above and beyond to fix an issue with our room door lock.

The breakfast offerings could be improved by offering true room service, where the food is delivered to the room instead of having to go down and get it ourselves.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the value for money was fantastic, with prices that were very reasonable considering the quality of the experience. Secondly, the attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive, from the elegant decor to the comfortable rooms with many extras available, such as a sofa bed. The location of the hotel in a quiet area with nice neighborhoods was perfect, providing a peaceful and relaxing environment. Lastly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making my stay even more enjoyable.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place! The location in a quiet area, nestled in a nice neighborhood, was perfect for us. The staff, from the doorman to the check-in desk, really went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were friendly, accommodating, and always there to assist us. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The mini-bar was well-stocked and the sitting area was spacious and comfortable. We also appreciated the in-room safe and the free toiletries provided. The television and in-room computer were great for entertainment, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were elegant and served delicious meals. the service, room amenities, and dining options exceeded our expectations.

Loved the beautiful decor and comfortable rooms at this historic hotel. the beds were so cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep. the location was perfect, within walking distance of great restaurants and a metro station. Easy parking under the hotel. the friendly staff provided excellent housekeeping services and made check, in/check, out hassle, free.

One downside was the outdated bathroom with electrical outlets that couldn't support multiple devices. the air conditioner didn't do a great job of reducing the humidity in the room.
