We had an amazing stay at Mercure! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and with a metro stop right outside. The room, although small, was comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Paris.

The air-conditioning was malfunctioning and the hotel staff wasn't very helpful. Despite bringing up the issue multiple times, we were told to simply open the window or that it was "the same all over the hotel.
