The location was ideal, as it was easily accessible by tube and close to many beautiful sites in London. The staff were really welcoming and did everything they could to accommodate our early check-in request. The room amenities were great, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a plus. The flat-screen TV and dining options added to the overall comfort of the stay. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff always available.

I was also impressed by the helpfulness of the concierge, who kindly kept our luggage for us even when the lockers were full.

The location couldn't be better, situated near Paddington train station with excellent transport links to everywhere I wanted to go. The neighborhood is vibrant, with great cafes for brunch and convenient amenities like supermarkets and pharmacies nearby. The room was small but clean, with a great temperature during a cold snap. The staff were incredibly helpful and resolved any issues promptly, including providing contactless entry and a well-stocked essentials cupboard. The availability of chilled water and the overall cleanliness and aesthetic of the hotel made for a unique and satisfying stay.

The noise levels were unbearable, with constant sounds from the metro train and the busy corridor making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. the cleaning fee of £25 was also an unexpected expense and would have been appreciated if communicated before the stay.
