Staff recommended a great spot for delicious meals. Perfect for me with Wi-Fi, handicap parking, luggage storage, 24-hour reception. Love the bar, fitness center, pool, and no pets/smoking. Returning for a romantic getaway.

The location was very convenient with plenty of shopping, dining, and activities nearby. There was also a Wawa and a Starbucks with a Dunkin' next door, making it easy to grab snacks and coffee. the USB ports and huge TV were very convenient.

The lack of temperature control in the room was a major issue as the temperature wasn't allowed to go past 65 degrees and without a fan, the room was uncomfortably hot. the cost for breakfast was high, especially considering the options offered, and the room service was unsatisfactory as they forgot to provide creamer and sweetener for the coffee.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Port St. Lucie with updated bathrooms. The front desk initially placed me in a handicapped room, which wasn't what I wanted. However, Emily, a helpful and understanding staff member, quickly switched me to a room with an updated bathroom and even brought up a luggage cart. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the gym was excellent, but a bit too hot. While there was no complimentary breakfast, there were plenty of nearby options for food. Despite a few minor issues with the room temperature and hot water in the sink, I would still recommend this hotel. my experience was positive, thanks to Emily's exceptional service.
