great central location, helpful and friendly staff, comfortable and quiet room. exceeded expectations during my business stay, much better than my previous experience in Toulouse. breakfast selection and dining area were amazing.

The staff here were absolutely amazing, always going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and attended to any queries we had. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities we could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The attention to detail in terms of cleanliness and housekeeping was impeccable. We also loved the little extras, such as the welcome drink and the complimentary refreshments at the reception. the service provided was of the highest quality, enhancing our comfort and making our stay truly enjoyable.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of all major sights and is just off a main plaza on a quiet side street, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The staff are exceptional, offering helpful service and making guests feel welcomed. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with amenities such as tea/coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a plasma TV. the comfortable beds ensure a great night's sleep.

The breakfast buffet could have had a wider selection of choices.

Located right in the heart of the city, this hotel was perfect for a Christmas stay. the staff were friendly and welcoming, offering a warm atmosphere. the room was small but clean with comfortable beds. the highlight of the stay was the wonderful breakfast spread and the quick service provided. the hotel was surrounded by a variety of restaurants and shops, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Despite its perfect location, the hotel lacked any outdoor space which would have been a major plus during our Christmas stay. the shower area had no curtain and was too small, resulting in water spilling outside, making the bathroom floor slippery.

I had a great stay at Mercure! The location was perfect, surrounded by bars and restaurants, making it ideal for a short stopover. The room was small but comfortable, with a safety deposit box and a comfortable bed. The hotel itself was conveniently situated close to the center and amenities.

We had a great stay at the Mercure in Toulouse. The location was excellent, just a short walk to most attractions and surrounded by restaurants and cafes. The room was practical with great lighting and well-placed plugs for charging our gadgets. The staff were friendly and always helpful. we highly recommend this hotel.
