I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel on my anniversary trip and had a wonderful experience. The staff, from the front desk to the Executive Club, were exceptional - friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in making our stay special. The clean rooms were a good size and the hotel provided great amenities. We enjoyed delicious meals at the restaurant, Bidri, and Okra, and were even surprised with a room decoration and complimentary cake. The breakfast spread was impressive, and the Executive Lounge offered free drinks and snacks in the evening. The gym and swimming pool were also well-maintained. one of the best hotels I've stayed in!

The staff at this hotel were amazing and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. the service provided by the staff cannot be described in words. They were pleasant, service-minded, and always available to assist. the hotel's location was also a key advantage as it was centrally located and convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the rooms were spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

One drawback of the hotel was the smell coming from the nearby canal, which was a bit unpleasant. However, this did not affect my overall experience at the hotel.

The hotel has a unique cultural touch and is well-located. Additionally, the rooftop bar offered a great view, with friendly staff despite the limited selection of spirits available.

If I need a hotel in the Secunderabad area, Marriott would be my preferred choice. The hotel has a fantastic breakfast spread and the chefs, including Chef Vinayak, Chef Akash, Chef Taj, Sajid, Vishal. The rooms were well-appointed and the housekeeping by Amar on the 6th floor was wonderful. The staff at the hotel are the most courteous I have ever encountered, with each team being well-trained and proactive. The overall experience was extremely positive, with clean and pleasant surroundings and a good view of the lake from the executive rooms.

The banquet team, specifically Nazim, Akash, Sahith, Venkat. The food was amazing, with a wide range of menu selections and top-notch service from Sahith, Swapnil, Mahender, and Dheeraj. We were impressed with the prompt assistance provided by the hotel staff, especially Srinath and Pooja, who were always ready to help in any situation. the hotel management deserves special appreciation for their exceptional service.

There was nothing I didn't like.

From the moment I arrived, the staff at this hotel made me feel like a king. The receptionist, Ms Lavish, was fantastic and caring, even offering me some Masalar tea when she saw I was tired. The room was spacious, well-lit, and had a comfortable mattress with a good pillow selection. The in-room services and housekeeping staff were excellent. The hotel even accommodated my request for a late check-out without any hassle. The check-out process was fast and the bell desk staff were extremely helpful. Special mention to Mr Prakash at the front desk for his warmth and kindness.
