the room was incredibly cramped, surely photos used a wide-angle lens. the wardrobe? a torturous feat to access. , plus, whatever happened to complimentary upgrades? i woudl ve suggested something for my inconvenience, but i guess that’s too much to ask. Oh, and walking to the pool? the 5-minute trek woudl ve been fine if someone cared to escort me.

The view of that lake was somethin' else, y’all! Had a spacious room with all the trimmings—coffee, mini-bar, all the works. Breakfast spread? Just divine, I couldn’t get enough! The staff were like family. always ready to lend a hand. Wish there were more gluten-free options, though. Can't wait to be back next summer!

Room sizes could feel a bit cramped, and the shower cubicle was not built for comfort!!! Limited parking options could create hassles for travelers, and better soundproofing would be appreciated among guests. More evening entertainment would help liven things up!!!

A beautiful hotel with fantastic dining options and friendly staff made for a lovely experience. The cleanliness was top-notch, though the room size was challenging, lacking space for luggage and movement. The location by the lake is truly stellar, but noise from the elevator was a minor inconvenience.

The cleaning frequency, the friendly staff, and the lakeside restaurant was truly terrific.

The breakfast offers a great variety of sweet items and salads. The shower cubicle is quite cramped for two guests.

du lac is a fantastic find! the staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help, especially since i was nursing a broken ankle. our room had a stunning view of the lake and was spotless. the food was delicious and reasonably priced. It’s almost next to the ferry dock, making exploration super easy!

This was just a strong match for a brief sojourn in Gardone Riviera with extraordinarily good value for money. The breakfast was superb, with a fantastic variety of items that really started my day off right. Make sure to try the restaurant, as it offers great food at excellent prices, especially with the discount for residents.

Immaculate hotel. perfect location right by the lake. Breakfast was a delight! Staff went above and beyond. even helped arrange a doctor for us. Enjoyed evening cocktails by the poolside. Stunning views!

Location's perfect. You can hop on the ferry and it's right off the promenade! The breakfast was a solid self-service deal, and the staff were super helpful, even got grapefruit juice every morning! Room was spotless with a nice balcony.

The hotel has a fantastic spot on the central promenade of Gardone Riviera, offering mesmerizing views of Lake Garda. Our family truly enjoyed the beach club access. It was great for making memories with the grandkids, especially visiting the nearby Heller Garden.

My wife says that more kid-friendly dining options would be great.
