Difficult to find the hotel, especially with navigation systems. Scruffy exterior of the hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, I was very impressed. The location is perfect for those who want to explore the outskirts of Paris, situated in an Industrial area. Despite being in an industrial area, the hotel offers enhanced comfort and quality services that make you feel like you're in a luxurious getaway. The staff were exceptional, always friendly and helpful. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a well-stocked mini-bar. The hotel also had a lovely terrace where I could relax and enjoy the view. the experience was superb and I highly recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel only offers limited dining options. However, there are plenty of restaurants in the nearby area to choose from.

Great facilities and good location, close to public transport and restaurants. The room was very clean and the breakfast had a good variety of food to choose from.

The air conditioning was not working properly and it was difficult to sleep during the night. the lifts were too small and we had to wait for a long time to use them.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, making it a peaceful and relaxing environment for guests. It is also conveniently close to a small market, making it easy to grab any necessities or snacks. it is not far from the train station, although the journey there was not pleasant due to the industrial area it is on the outskirts of Paris.

I recently stayed at a hotel while traveling from the Netherlands to southern France, and I have to say that my experience at this Novotel was quite pleasant. Despite its size, there was a nice personal touch to the place that made it feel welcoming. The restaurant was really good, and I especially enjoyed sitting on the outside terrace in the evening. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they even made my children feel welcome by providing them with a goodie bag filled with crayons and toys. I had a great stay at Novotel, and I would definitely recommend it to others.
