novotel in saint-jean-de-braye exceeded our expectations on a romantic trip. friendly staff, peaceful garden and pool areas, and comfortable rooms made our stay enjoyable. AC was just right and separate WC from shower room was convenient. Great access to attractions and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful gardens and a heavenly swimming pool. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our every need was met. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities we could ask for. The bed was super cozy, guaranteeing a great night's sleep. The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, allowing us to easily stay connected and get work done. We were thoroughly impressed with the level of comfort and quality this hotel provided.

We only had one small issue during our stay, the noise from outside woke us up a bit earlier than expected. However, this did not overshadow the overall wonderful experience we had here.

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful lobby and pool area at Novotel. The shower in our room was great and having a fridge was convenient. The staff, especially a friendly lady who checked us in, made us feel welcome during our stay.

As a 4-star hotel, we expected real cups for the coffee-making facilities in the room. Having only two paper cups for three people was not acceptable, and when we asked for more, we were met with an incredulous reaction.

The hotel had a good pool and nice facilities in the grounds. The breakfast had a good variety and options to choose from. The location was also convenient for exploring the area.

The cleanliness of the restaurant was not up to standard. The service was slow, we had to wait a long time to be served and our food was cold.

Convenient location near major roads, with a nice Italian restaurant next door. Clean and comfortable rooms with a lovely pool. Breakfast offers variety, although more vegetarian options for hot food would be appreciated. a great place for families with children and pets, with enjoyable outdoor facilities.

The location was great for an overnight stay when travelling to and from the south of France. The hotel rooms were clean and the breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were lovely. The children particularly enjoyed the pancakes and waffles. The facilities for the children, such as the pool, bouncy castle, and ping pong, were a hit. It was also nice and quiet for an August stay, and the hotel was conveniently located near the motorway network heading north.

The air conditioner in the room did not work and the staff were unable to fix it, which made for an uncomfortable night.
