The location of the hotel was excellent, with luxury brands and tourist attractions nearby. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the lobby and terrace had great views of the Acropolis. Luggage storage was available for late flights.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at this beautiful hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff at Mgallery provided impeccable customer service, making us feel welcome and at home. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with luxurious amenities and a stunning view of the Parthenon from the 10th-floor lounge. The location of the hotel was ideal, with many great eateries and tourist attractions within walking distance. We especially enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar area, perfect for relaxing and taking in the ambiance of Athens. our experience at Mgallery was fantastic, and we can't wait to return next year.

The Level 9 restaurant offers amazing views, with its location right at Syntagma square and the entrance to Kolonaki. It's so central to everything, making it easy to explore all the sights and restaurants in Athens. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is superb, catering to everyone's needs. Plus, the rooftop terrace with a pool is a great spot to relax and enjoy the views.

The rooftop restaurant prices were a little high compared to other options in town.

The rooftop area of the hotel is simply amazing. The panoramic view of Athens, especially during sunset, is truly breathtaking. The rooftop pool, bar, and restaurant provide a wonderful experience, with the added bonus of a spectacular view of the Acropolis. The breakfast at the hotel is delicious and offers a wide range of options. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully presented. the service provided by the staff, from the front desk to the concierge, was impeccable.

One small drawback was the limited number of sun lounges available at the pool area. However, considering the rooftop space, this was understandable.

By stroke of luck, we stumbled upon this hidden gem in the heart of the city. The location couldn't be better, with easy access to tourist attractions, shopping, and a buzzing city life. The hotel exuded a sense of luxury, with clean and modern rooms that were a retreat after a long day of exploring. The staff provided wonderful service, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Not to mention, the breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of choices to satisfy every palate. We also enjoyed the view from our room, overlooking the cityscape.

It would have been great to have more communal spaces to unwind and socialize.

The staff at the hotel were wonderful and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. They upgraded our room upon our return visit, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel was also well-located, making it easy to explore the city. the rooftop pool was a great place to relax and cool down during our stay.

There were a couple of issues during our stay that were a bit disappointing. we had a problem with the shower drainage in our room, which resulted in water flooding the bathroom floor.

Nothing to complain about at all.

Located in the heart of the city, we were surrounded by the vibrant atmosphere of shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our meals at the hotel's restaurant and outside terrace, offering great views of the city from level 9. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. We also indulged in a delicious breakfast each morning, which set us up for a day exploring the city.

Our bed sheets were not changed during our four-night stay, which was a little disappointing.
