The location of this hotel was excellent. It was close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation, making it very convenient to explore the area. The tram stop was just across the street, and there was even a shopping mall right in front of the hotel.

I recommend this hotel to everyone.

We loved the convenient location of Novotel, with the tram right outside and a great restaurant right behind the hotel. The room size was perfect for our family of four and we even got a free late check out. The breakfast was delicious and we were able to walk into downtown within 15 minutes. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic time at the Novotel. the hotel is in a great location, close to the Old Port and easily accessible by tram. Our room was spacious and had a large balcony, perfect for enjoying the view. the staff, especially Bertrand the Manager, were friendly and professional, going out of their way to assist us. the hotel also had amenities like a bar, free wifi, and a snacks vending machine, making our stay even more convenient. the Novotel provided excellent value for money and we would highly recommend it.

A comfortable and spacious suite with a magnificent view. The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and responsive. The hotel is well located, close to the mall and easily accessible by tram. Security measures were excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

the staff at Novotel Suites were excellent and very helpful. They provided directions to nearby parking and were friendly and accommodating. the room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. the small kitchenette and separate bathroom and toilet were a plus. the location of the hotel was convenient, with a tram station right outside and within walking distance of the main tourist area. it was a good value for money and suitable for families as well.
