Came for the location! tram access is right outside, and rooms are perfect for families with kids. Breakfast had good variety, and staff were super friendly!

The air conditioning was ineffective—rooms felt uncomfortably hot! breakfast area felt crowded, and the lack of a full-service restaurant for dining really detracted from the experience.

The hotel was just right for our family getaway with our baby. We enjoyed the spacious triple room with a pull-out divider, allowing my wife and me to unwind into the evening while the baby slept. The breakfast spread had something tasty for everyone.

The air conditioning was ineffective. I struggled to keep the room at a comfortable temperature!!! The balcony seating was poor, just one chair and a stool for three people!!! The room layout felt confusing and dated, especially the bathroom design!!!

Huge room and cool privacy divider!

I loved the big room! Super comfy beds and the bathroom rocked with a separate toilet. The room divider was a game changer for privacy, especially with a teen. Breakfast had some fun options. those freshly made waffles were a treat. Just wish the fridge worked better—def check it when you get in.
