Location is fantastic for accessing many Paris attractions. Staff were kind and attentive, ensuring a pleasant visit. Breakfast was phenomenal and the room cleanliness was impressive.

Neighborhood felt unsafe with some unsavory locals around. Check-in process was chaotic, creating a frustrating start to our stay.

My experience at the hotel was far from pleasant. Unfortunately, I faced issues with the air conditioning, which was non-existent during my stay. Additionally, the nearby street market created an unsettling atmosphere, making it feel unsafe to walk around at night. I was disappointed with the lack of follow-up on maintenance requests, leaving me feeling ignored.

There are some serious discrepancies with room cleanliness and maintenance!!! An odd smell lingered in the bathroom, and they really need to clarify their emergency procedures!!! Also, parking could use better management!!!

the superior suite was spacious, with a mini fridge and microwave (very handy for late-night snacks). staff were friendly, and the breakfast was a highlight for my kids! the bar area was cozy too.

We had an amazing time, especially with the room layout being perfect for us. Two bathroom areas were just brilliant, and the daily coffee and tea setup made mornings easier. My favorite part was sipping coffee in the garden in the evenings, planning our next day while enjoying the calm. It felt like a little slice of paradise amidst the city chaos.

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but considering what we got, it was still alright.

The rooms were spacious, great for hanging out after a day of exploring. We enjoyed the fitness center and kids had fun in the playground. Breakfast was impressive and refilled often. Perfect location for getting around and close to Disneyland, which was a highlight of our trip.

We had a hiccup with room cleanliness when we found broken glass on the carpet, which was a letdown. We had to get a new room for a night, but it was quite inconvenient.

This place suits me perfectly with internet access, a 24-hour reception, a bar/lounge area, and air conditioning. On my first stay, the staff helped me with a cold drink in the heat. I’m coming back for Easter!
