During my Christmas stay, the location was very convenient, easy to reach from Higashi Hieitani. the apartment was spotless, with great laundry and kitchen facilities. I especially enjoyed the spacious balcony with a lovely view of eastern Fukuoka. Additionally, the room comfortably accommodated my three young kids with a futon and comforter provided in the closet.

On the downside, the lack of clear signage made the hotel difficult to find. the separation between reception and the rental location was a hassle, requiring a 10-minute walk from Hakata Station.

Traveling from Hakata, staying at Grand Residence provided ease with a quick 10-minute registration. Our cozy room, equipped near the elevator, offered peaceful rest with great sound insulation. Conveniently located just a 3-minute walk to the metro station, getting to the airport took only 15-20 minutes. the keyless entry with PIN codes was a handy feature, and nearby cafes and convenience stores made dining a breeze.

Strongly recommend this hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. the modern flat, situated in a serene residential area, provided a quiet environment for peaceful nights. The location was convenient, with several restaurants, supermarkets, and the subway station close by, offering easy access to transportation to the train station and airport. Cons: Not a single aspect detracted from the overall experience. the disturbance caused by the noise of passing vehicles, particularly through a vent near the bed, was the only downside of our stay.

Our stay at this residence exceeded our expectations. the apartment was immaculate, with well, equipped kitchen facilities and a spacious balcony offering a lovely view. the easy check, in process and fast WiFi made our stay comfortable. We truly enjoyed the value for money this accommodation offered. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as a lack of cooking utensils and a temporary issue with the Wi, Fi, the overall experience was fantastic. Overall, I highly recommend this property for a pleasant stay in the area.
