Lovely Boutique hotel with exceptional bathroom and great room service. Regardless of the fact that the hotel uses an external company for room service meals, the breakfast service in the room is excellent, and the bathrooms with nice toiletries provided are breathtaking.

In-room safe too small for large items like a laptop. the airflow from the air conditioner was noisy, and earplugs were required despite no street noise.

I couldn't hear a thing from outside or from neighboring rooms. The hotel design is beautiful and the entire place smells delightful. The location is perfect, with several metro stations within a short walk and plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff here are friendly and always willing to help. They provided great advice and made all the arrangements when we were leaving. The daily room cleaning service was exceptional and they always made sure to clean while we were out. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
