As backpackers, we found Paradise City to be full of fantastic facilities and amenities. The half-hourly bus service was convenient for transport to and from the hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The room was pristine and one of the best we've stayed in during our extensive travels. The access to the gym and pool added extra value to our stay.

It was the perfect trip to end my time with my girlfriend before we had to be apart for a while. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. We had a romantic escape and enjoyed the comfortable beds and luxurious shower in our room. the location was convenient as it was close to the airport, with a free shuttle bus that ran regularly. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

We were disappointed with the room itself. the carpet was stained and in need of an update, and the room could have used a fresh coat of paint.
