the lack of any friendly staff was shocking! i waited forever at reception only to get unhelpful replies. cleaning was basically nonexistent, no fresh towels for days! i mean, a complimentary upgrade would’ve been nice, especially after enduring the noisy environment and nonexistent air conditioning. shocked this place gets any good reviews.

The individual refrigerator drawers in the communal kitchen were a great touch, allowing for convenient food storage.

The shower box was quite small, making it difficult to move around comfortably.
