We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location is perfect, with 3 banks across the street and plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. It's a safe area, so we felt comfortable walking around at night. The staff was beyond exceptional and answered all of our questions and assisted us with everything we needed. We also loved the dining experience at the hotel, with delicious and fast service. The rooms were comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The hotel also had a spa & wellness center and an outdoor swimming pool, which was a great bonus. We definitely recommend this hotel to families looking for a convenient and comfortable stay.

Great place

I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional location of this hotel. It was a great relief to find English-speaking staff in a city where hardly anyone speaks English. The rooms were spacious, with a balcony overlooking a beautiful river. The hotel has a charming colonial Spanish style, and I particularly enjoyed the small fitness center and free wifi. The two restaurants offered delicious food, and I especially recommend the Panama restaurant next door for breakfasts and suppers. The mall being adjacent was a convenient bonus. I highly recommend this hotel as the best option in Culiacan.

I would have liked a refrigerator in the room, and it would have been helpful if there were signs directing us to other ice machines when the one on the first floor wasn't working. I was also a bit disappointed that the jacuzzi was out of order.

Complimentary amenities: the hotel offered free and fast WiFi, which was a big plus. We were able to stay connected and enjoy a reliable internet connection throughout our stay. Comfortable rooms: the rooms were comfortable and provided enough space for us to relax and unwind. the beds were cozy and we had a good night's sleep.
