Excellent Stay with Great Facilities

During my recent stay at Relais Spa, I was impressed by the comfortable and clean 4-person apartment. The kitchenette was well-equipped and the bathroom had complimentary luxury toiletries. The two TVs provided entertainment and the maintenance man promptly addressed any issues.

The staff at this hotel were super friendly and helpful. They immediately fixed the AC when it wasn't working effectively and made sure our stay was comfortable. The hotel was very clean and well-equipped, and we had everything we needed. The shower gel had a great smell and the quality was excellent. We were also welcomed with water bottles, which was a nice gesture. The Disney shuttle service provided by the hotel was smooth and quick, making it easy for us to get to the theme park.

That the beds were very soft and a little uncomfortable, but that's personal preference. the name of the hotel is a misnomer as there is no spa available.

The staff were generally fantastic and the concierges were very informative and went the extra mile to assist us. The breakfast offered a nice range of foods, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

One area for improvement could be the spa facilities. Some guests have reported issues with the spa not being integrated with the hotel and poor communication about spa usage.

The spa was excellent and very relaxing. Although busy, we managed to get a slot for a swim and enjoyed it. We also appreciated the proximity to Disneyland as it made our trip very convenient. I'd recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.
