No towel rail or toiletry shelf in the bathroom, causing inconvenience during showering and leaving personal items behind. Lack of information regarding the location of rooms, especially if they require climbing narrow staircases, which can be difficult for some guests and their luggage

Situated very close to the airport, Ashtree House Hotel is the ideal location for those traveling by air. It is also conveniently located in the town centre, making it easy to access shops and restaurants. The rooms are magnificent, with charming period features and charming furnishings. The en suite bathrooms are amazing, featuring large sunken baths for a luxurious bathing experience. The service provided by the staff is outstanding, with a warm welcome and a friendly and helpful attitude. The breakfast served in the delightful period dining room is well-prepared and satisfying.

There is no ramp available for handicapped access, which may be a concern for those with mobility challenges.

We loved the convenient location, just 10 minutes away from the airport. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, even providing us with an early breakfast. The whisky bar was a nice touch, offering a great selection. Our room, one of the attic rooms, was spacious and had a comfortable bed. it was a charming family-run hotel with excellent facilities.
