Absolutely loved our romantic escape at this hotel. the beautiful building and lovely grounds made for a picturesque setting. We enjoyed the small pool, steam room, and sauna, which we had to ourselves for a little while. the staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating our request for a room with an outside view. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast served, and the attentive waiters who made sure we had everything we needed.

the room we stayed in was dull and dark, without any view, and the sloping roofs caused us to keep bumping our heads. the bed was uncomfortable and squeaky, making it difficult to sleep well.

The hotel offers stunning rooms and a friendly, welcoming staff. The food is absolutely amazing, and we wished we could have eaten it twice. The spa is clean and lovely, and we had the best massage ever. Highly recommended for a return visit.

We had a great Christmas stay at a hotel in Grange-over-Sands. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our experience enjoyable. the location was perfect, with plenty of nice restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as a lovely park across the street.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. the decor in our room was a bit dated and could do with modernization.

The hotel's location was perfect, close to the train station and bus stops. It was very convenient for exploring the area. the selection of bar snacks was great, especially since we didn't have a reservation at the restaurant.

The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, with dusty areas and even a dirty napkin left on the floor for the duration of our visit. We also experienced some strange occurrences, with items mysteriously going missing from our room.

We enjoyed our city break in a charming hotel with elegant interior design, situated on a beautiful garden. the staff was friendly and welcoming, offering us useful advice on what to do in the town. We appreciated the very good breakfast that included fresh, warm meals, and the fact that we could leave our luggage at the reception after the checkout, enabling us to stay in town until our train came. the hotel had very good spa facilities, including a pool, and changing pool towels daily was a plus. the location was ideal, being close to the rail station and not too far from the town center and the promenade.

Our room was a bit disappointing. Although it was clean, the bathroom was quite dark and did not have enough space for our towels and personal cosmetics.
